Solar Winds was founded in 2004, curating the traditions and psychedelic fringes of underground black, death and doom metal. All music, lyrics, art, and production aspects are shared between the two members, veterans of Allfather, Antediluvian, Fluisterwoud and Heidenland, among others. "Ark" is the first official release, though the band will revisit earlier recordings in the future.
